Welcome to CROUCH VALLEY BOTTLING, one of the UK’s top contract wine packers with a relentless passion for innovation, personal service and superb quality.
Operating from a SALSA accredited facility, we believe that bottling in the UK brings enormous benefits for wine producers, consumers and the environment.
Our goal is to ensure that, whilst in our care, the brand owner’s vision is brought to bottle as brilliantly and authentically as possible.
Ecological Responsibility
Powered by Solar PV, our Birchwood Farm facility is one of the most ecologically sustainable factories in the industry. We also recycle all of our waste water through a series of reedbeds and settlement ponds. Continuous investment in our filling lines has given us the capability to fill up to 1,500 bottles of still or sparkling wine per hour, which is equal to over 5 million litres per year. We pride ourselves on our outstanding quality and attention to detail and are SALSA A+ rated.
Improving Technology
Ongoing investment in the latest technology. In 2021 we installed the one of the UK’s largest-scale independent sparkling wine bottling lines.
With a filler speed of 5,000 bottles per hour, our filler has x16 valves and a three-head Stelvin Capper, capable of filling still and sparkling wine, and RTDs. We can fill 200ml, 750ml and 1.5 litre bottle formats.
